A Prayer for Patience

Father of the Highest,

I come to you to ask for forgiveness, forgive me Father that I have become most impatient with those around me, Lord I ask that you create in me a better way to deal with others for they expect so much of me, and at times I don't know how to handle it, I get weary, troubled and overwhelmed, give me a plan that will please you, and give me the grace to see it the way you see it, I know there is a lesson that you are trying to teach me, long suffering is one of Your fruits of Your Spirit and I am striving to put on the mind of Your Son Jesus Christ, I know that You will be there to encourage me and teach me Your ways
